He must be in close proximity to whomever he heals, but can heal through clothing. Personality: Josh is uptight, abrasive, argumentative, and perfectly capable of faking being a sweet, normal person. He's incredibly fucked up and hiding it, badly, with a fighting personality. History: Josh was born in Queens, the third son of Howard and Grace Foley. His parents are very anti-mutant and raised all three of their sons that way. Full on, protests, spitting on mutants in the street kind of hate. Josh was arrested when he was 14 for harassment. He was released to his parents custody and had to do 20 hours of community service- no big deal, really. His parents said they were disappointed in him- Josh always figured it was for the arrest, not the action. Josh's best friend was hit by a car. They had just gotten to Josh's house from walking home from school. His friend kept going, talking to Josh over his shoulder and backing into the street just as a car took the corner too fast. Josh didn't even think about it- he healed him, repairing his ribs, his punctured lung, the blunt head trauma. His mother saw everything. He went to the hospital with his friend where his friend was pronounced fine- and never wanted to see Josh again. An orderly brought Josh home...to find all his stuff on the lawn. An elderly neighbor took pity on Josh and brought him to her home- and wouldn't send him out that night, telling the group of young men on her doorstep that Josh was gone- and the next morning put him on a bus to Westchester. He got into a fights immediately, but football is helping. So is the skinny dipping. Skills/Talents: Very athletic, moderately bright, excellent with girls, moderate at chess. A complete lack of shame about anything except his mutant ability. Ship: Important Info at a Glance: Josh looks like he's itching for a fight.
